Every conversation starts the same way: a short call to understand what you are navigating. The framing below helps us prepare. If that doesn't fit, write anyway as a General Inquiry and tell us so.

When decisions feel blocked, escalations are the only thing sustaining delivery, or the cost of not acting is becoming material, let us know what you are facing. Our conversation will help frame and focus the scope, and we'll tell you whether we think we can help you and, if we can, precisely how.
