EPSD, Inc. and the epsd.io website have made it a design criteria to collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary for our operations. This privacy policy explains our practices regarding personal information.

We collect very limited personal information. Specifically:

  • We do not sell any data to any third party.
  • We do not host advertisements on the epsd.io website.
  • We do not implement tracking mechanisms of our own.
  • We utilize the open source Hugo web content management system.

The only personal information we may process includes:

  • Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us
  • Information required for account creation (if applicable, and currently it’s not)
  • Basic analytics data for site functionality and security

Third-Party Services

We host on Cloudflare Pages, which collects certain data outside our direct control:

  • Source IP addresses
  • User email (when provided)
  • User ID
  • Device ID
  • URLs visited
  • Referrer information
  • User agent details

This information is collected by Cloudflare for security, performance, and functionality purposes. EPSD does not receive, buy, share, or sell these data.

Data Retention

Our logs are ephemeral and not stored by EPSD. Cloudflare maintains logs according to their own privacy policy.

You have the right to:

  • Request information about any personal data we may hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data where applicable
  • Object to processing of your personal data

How secure is epsd.io?

Reasonably. The site is static, and hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides automatic transport layer security; edge protection for distributed denial of service attacks and bots; and other features. There’s no guarantee of information security, but we have taken the time to make the site as reasonably secure as reasonably possible. The site has received an A+ grade from Security Headers by Snyk.
